I have been writing editors of newspapers all over the country. Been printed aproximately twenty times that I know of. If one person has join PPA because of my efforts it's worth it. I shall continue my effort until we (PPA) reach our goals. When I E-mail all the newspapers I secure address for I just start over.

For those of you who think you can't vote for whatever reason call your registrar of voters, you might be surprised to find you can, it's important.

PPA keep up the outstanding work.

Here in the glorious church-state of Utah, our right to even simulate playing poker is under attack by Mormon Republican legislators and their puppet news media. I have written to them several times, voicing my opinion that they should work on real social problems instead of trying to legislate one twisted brand of "morality" and destroy an all-American tradition. Personally, I find it ironic that a convicted con man like Joseph Smith was probably a good card player, too. ;)

I would love to put up a billboard along I-15 here that says: "If there's no poker in heaven, I don't want to go there."

HELLO–

I am a big supporter of the PPA. I am in contact with the home office. I noticed TWO MORE MAJOR ARGUEMENTS we can use. I am sharing this with members, to add to their letters.

Please contact me, and I will share them with you.

I think this Web Site is GREAT. I like all the links to different, interesting and important aspects. I welcome the opportunity to hear from you, and give you the additional two items to add to the letters.

Sincerely,

Jeff

JEFF SINGER

I would love to see a cartoon depicting a poker game in progress.
At the table with chips in front of them are former Presidents:
Andrew Jackson, Abraham Lincoln, Ulysses Grant, Teddy Roosevelt,
Harry Truman, Dwight Eisenhower, John F. Kennedy and Ronald Reagan.

In a balloon, Truman says, "Dutch, I can't believe your Republicans want to outlaw the great American game?"

Reagan's reply, "If these lunatics had their way, we would all be in the big house instead of the White House!"
